  • We will send you an order confirmation message via WhatsApp. Please reply YES to confirm or NO to cancel your order.
  • Orders that are not confirmed within a reasonable time may be cancelled automatically.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and/or direct bank transfer, as indicated at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to deliver orders within the timeframe stated on our website.
  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order by replying NO to our WhatsApp confirmation message, or by contacting us directly before the order is dispatched.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Returns & Refunds
